Terms for using Doodi, its desktop workspace and connected services.

## Doodi terms of use

Effective date: October 22, 2026.

Doodi is provided by Mohamed Tawfik Mohammed Mohammed Ali. Contact [Doodi support](mailto:work@zadlab.com) for license, support, or account questions.

## Your account and license

You need a Doodi account, an activated license, internet access, and a supported Apple silicon Mac. Keep your account and activation key secure. The standard lifetime design license is linked to one account and permits two active devices. Your issued license and purchase agreement govern your specific entitlements.

The lifetime design license includes one year of app updates and the first year of publishing for three profiles. See [current pricing](https://doodi.app/pricing) for the available launch offer. Publishing renewal and additional profiles are separate from design access. AI access is also separate and depends on the account and service you connect. Future app updates, publishing renewal and additional profiles are separate purchases.

## Your designs and connected services

Only upload, import, or use content that you own or have permission to use. Importing content does not transfer ownership or expand the rights granted by its original license.

Canva connection is optional. You authorize Doodi to read design metadata and request an export of the designs you select. Doodi imports supported text and image layers into your workspace; some elements, effects, or fonts may differ or remain flattened. Review imported designs before using or publishing them. This connection does not edit or publish designs in Canva.

Canva and other connected services have their own terms, content licenses, availability, and account requirements. Connecting them does not bypass their restrictions. You can disconnect Canva in Doodi's Import from Canva dialog.

## Use of the service

Do not use Doodi to violate applicable law or others' rights, attempt unauthorized access, expose another person's account or credentials, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for reviewing content and authorizing any publishing or advertising action.

## Privacy and support

The [workspace privacy notice](https://doodi.app/product-privacy) explains account and project data. The [connection privacy notice](https://doodi.app/privacy) explains provider credentials and imported content. Disconnecting Canva does not delete designs already imported into Doodi. For account deletion or support, contact [Doodi support](mailto:work@zadlab.com).

Any rights that applicable consumer law gives you continue to apply. These terms do not replace a separately agreed purchase or license agreement.
