What to include

Tell us your Doodi version, macOS version, the feature you were using, and the error message. You can find your app version in Account settings. Never send passwords, activation keys, provider tokens, or identity documents in a support message.

Canva import

Open Import from Canva in Campaign Canvas or Template Studio. Connect Canva, then paste a canva.link or canva.com design link. The connected account must have permission to export that design, including any premium content. Review the page preview and import notes before adding it to your workspace.

If a link cannot be exported, you can upload a PDF downloaded from Canva with Flatten PDF turned off. Imports support up to 20 pages and 25 MB. Some elements and text effects remain images; embedded fonts may not include every character.

Disconnect or delete data

Use Disconnect in Import from Canva to revoke the connection. Imported designs remain in your workspace and can be removed separately. For account-data deletion, email Doodi support; we may verify account control before acting.
